Samvardhanam, a career development academy in Vadodara, is a CSR initiative of the Wardwizard Foundation. Inaugurated on Gujarat Sthapana Divas at the hands of Shree Vallabhkulabhushan Vaishnavaacharyaji Param Pujya 108 Shree Vrajrajkumar Ji Mahodayshri, it aims to educate, develop, and ultimately empower the youth through profound exposure to righteous and informed education.
The initiatives of Samvardhanam include one-year full-time coaching for UPSC and GPSC, workshops and short-time/part-time coaching for all types of competitive exams, a career guidance centre for higher education, an online employment coordination centre, and a scholarship information and awareness center. The candidates enrolling in the initiatives will receive education free of cost, with all expenses covered by the Wardwizard Foundation. Samvardhanam aims to support the youth by instilling action (hard work) in them.

Samvardhanam offers a comprehensive 1-year UPSC-GPSC coaching programme with full scholarships, expert guidance, and intensive classroom sessions. We also provide short-term coaching for various competitive exams, an online job portal connecting students with employers, and career guidance for higher education, including studying abroad. Additionally, our scholarship information centre raises awareness about scholarships and assists with the application process.
